Basmati Rice is processed in the state-of-art plants to give
consistent, fully polished and graded grains. When cooked, the
grains swell
at least twice their size.
It is uniformly
dried and processed to reduce moisture content and then stored
in warehouse under strict quality control conditions, it is bygienically
packed and results in a clean product that does not need repeated
rinsing.

The
easy way to cook perfect rice!
For best results, rinse rice briefly in a large sieve under cold
running water. Soak for at least half-hour in the measured amount
of cold water before cooking. A general guideline is to use double
the amount of the water as the rice by volume. Choose one of the
following cooking methods.
Open
Container
. Bring a large container of water to a rolling boil.
. Add the rice, stir, return to a medium boil.
. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
. Drain and rinse with boiling water.
Covered
Container
. Put rice and cold water into a heavy based container.
. Bring to the boil, stir, cover and turn down to a gentle simmer
for 10 minutes.
. Turn off the heat and allow to stand, still covered, for 5 minutes.
Microwave
. Put rice and cold water into a deep dish.
. Cover with lid or film wrap which has been pierced in a few
places.
. Cook on high for 6 minutes, then uncover and stir gently.
. Cover and cook on edfrost for 6 min.
